It seems that he was a nephew from the Tchebiner Rav Z’L beacuse it is staed on the Matzaivah that he was an Einikel from R’ Yakele Rimolever who was the Thebiner Rav’s father
That is correct. He was a son of Chebina’r rav’s sister הרבנית חנה מאטל ע”ה.
