    his grandaughter rebbetzin rifka (teitz) blau wrote a bio of her father, which includes info on rav preil.

    publisher is ktav, available in all the usual stores / websites. I heard there’s a Hebrew version, too.

    his son rav preil recently passed away a year or so ago. probably buried in same cemetery (Elizabeth kehiila).

    Rav Elazar Mayer Preil and his son Rav Yehoshua Yosef Preil, who was niftar in Cheshvan 5776, are buried on Har Hazeisim.
    The biography of Rav Teitz is “Learn Torah, Love Torah, Live Torah”; in Hebrew it is “V’Samachta B’Chayekha” (Urim).

    Please correct the spelling of my grandfather’s name, Rav Elazar Mayer Preil z’l, and the information on where he is buried. At the Gomel Chesed Cemetery next to Newark Airport, which is at the border of Elizabeth and Newark, a marker remains that he was buried there in 1933, and re-buried after 1967 on Har Hazeisim. To enter the cemetery, call ahead to the Jewish Educational Center in Elizabeth, NJ,(908)355-4850; it is not dangerous.
